Author. Founder. Speaker.
Erin Renzas is an author, speaker, and the founder of Fight Co.Lab—an immersive leadership experience designed for high-performing executives navigating the complexities of ambition, identity, and alignment. She spent two decades as an executive inside some of the world’s most innovative technology companies, leading growth, strategy, and transformation across global markets.
Her work integrates somatic intelligence, strategic clarity, and the physical rigor of boxing to help leaders redefine success and lead on their own terms. She has advised more than 80 startups through periods of rapid inflection, helping to operationalize growth with clarity and intent.
Her forthcoming memoir—currently in development with Simon & Schuster—is a takedown of the fairytale we’ve been sold about success, identity, and self-worth. It’s a love letter to boxing, to survival, to the wisdom of the body, and to the brutal, honest process of rebuilding a life from the inside out—without walking away from everything you’ve worked for.
Erin has been featured across a range of leading media platforms and speaks on stages around the world about leadership, reinvention, and the power of presence. Her work invites people to do more than just perform their lives—it challenges them to fully inhabit them.
